Oreo

Oreo's adopters weren't so sure about adopting an older dog after having to say good-bye to MNSR Lizzie, but when his new mom saw his picture and read his bio, she felt she had to meet this little guy. Once they met him, they were sold! They are committed to giving him a wonderful, loving last home. He has a beautiful yard to follow his mom and dad around in. He loves walks and will get to go on many. Oreo is a senior boy with a young heart and ready to charm everyone he meets.

Sylvia

Sylvia joined her forever family in 2008, and she and her mom started agility classes together soon after. Sylvia shone on the agility course, earning her Open Jumps with Weave Poles title. Once she retired, she earned her Canine Good Citizen and began visiting nursing home residents. She brought much joy, and quickly trained her favorite people to give her a cookie after she sat and shook hands with them. Everyone loved Sylvia’s visits.

Daphne

Daphne came into our lives almost 9 years ago shortly after we lost Fiona, our first rescue Sheltie. We always felt like she was sent by Fiona. Incredibly shy and overweight at first, she lost her extra pounds and decided she loved attention from the people she knew well, but always kept that Sheltie reserve with strangers. She was happiest hanging out at home on a dog bed, or going on "walkabout" in the backyard. She was a good sport about accompanying us on hiking trips and even ran the Helping Paws 5k.

Lusa

Lusa joined her forever family in 2008 and made herself at home with her very own Princess room for naps, and a Collie brother she tried to herd. She was the sweetest girl and earned herself sofa privileges, wanting to be close to mom as much as possible. Lusa crossed the Rainbow Bridge on April 11th, 2018.
