It is the mission of Minnesota Sheltie Rescue to find the best and last home for every Sheltie that comes into our program.

Our volunteers are passionate about carrying out our mission. We put the Sheltie first and work hard to match each Sheltie with the right person. We have a thorough application and approval process that includes contacting an applicant’s references and completing a home visit with the applicant prior to approving them to adopt one of our dogs. Once an applicant is approved, we will review our current dogs for one that may be a potential match for that person.
