Success Stories

These lucky dogs have found their forever families.

Gibson came to MNSR after being on his own for some time. His sweet and gentle personality and easygoing nature won over his foster family and they welcomed him as a permanent family member on 12/20/18. Gibby loves his dog beds, walks with his family, short zoomie playtimes with brother Roscoe, and being close to his people.

We are happy to announce that beautiful Ginger is adopted! She is excited to join mom on the nature walking trails near her home and to learn all about wildlife and raptors from mom. And Ginger may see MNSR alum Bella out with her family - they are neighbors! Adopted 12/16/18.

1st puppy adoption - Ruby! This busy little girl's new mom, dad and human brother will give her lots of attention and training to help her become a lovely young lady. Plus she has a Sheltie brother and two feline siblings for fun playtimes! Thank you to Lightshine Canine and Heart of a Border Collie Rescue for helping Ruby on her way to MNSR. Adopted 12/13/18.

Pal

Pal came into MNSR when his family was no longer able to care for him. Our friends at Top Dog Foundation had the perfect loving home for him with a couple who previously loved our Sebastian. This special couple only adopts senior dogs to give them the best golden years. Pal is enjoying the quiet life in the North Woods. Adopted 12/3/18.
