These lucky dogs have found their forever families.
 Tiny little Kit (was Minnie) found Friday the 13th to be a lucky day for her as she moved on to her forever home with a special couple who adopted and still have MNSR Shelties Andy and Duffy. Kit was described by her foster mom as the spitfire of the litter of 5, and her adoptive mom is thinking of programs to help her develop to her full potential- possibly agility, definitely CGC/Therapy programs, which will suit this social little puppy just fine. Not long after arriving at her new home, Kit was sound asleep on her new dad's chest. Adopted 3/13/15. |
 Friday the 13th was a lucky day for Max, who moved from his awesome foster home to his forever home on his 8 week old birthday! Max's new mom met this fun-loving pup a few weeks ago and she has been eagerly awaiting the day he was old enough so he could come home to her. That gave her plenty of time to stock up on everything to keep Max happy and healthy. Adopted 3/13/15. |
 Lucky Josie has found her forever home with a four-time MNSR adopter! Josie is happy to have lots of attention and love, daily walks, and two feline sisters for company. Josie's mom has already taken Josie to training classes and of course she was the class star! Adopted 3/1/15. |
 Kira is now home with the perfect Sheltie-experienced family. Her adopters had stocked up on all her favorite treats and are doing everything they can to help her be comfortable and adjust to her new home. Sheltie brother Robbie is a therapy dog and hopefully can be a mentor to Kira so she can join him someday visiting seniors and reading with kids at the local schools. Within a few hours, Kira made friends with the resident cats and was accepting pets and cheese from mom and dad. She found a safe spot on the couch and settled in for a nap. Welcome home little one!
