I’m in MNSR's Special Needs long-term foster care program. Your donation TODAY is so important to me. I’ve had vet costs of $1,398.19 to treat Lyme disease and I had to have 10 teeth pulled! I arrived very shy and afraid, but now that I'm not in pain, I'm going outside my comfort zone a little bit more. My foster family knows how important it is to give me choices in when I want to interact. It’s a slow process and I’m getting more and more confident. I have found my ferocious Sheltie voice and will bark with my furry foster friends when the people come home.

I'm almost 13 and just arrived in rescue. The nice MNSR volunteers take extra care with mature ladies like me. My senior blood panel shows that I have kidney disease.
