Jake

Jake found his forever home with MNSR Sheltie, Dasher, and an extended family of MNSR Shelties. Jake and Dasher enjoyed traveling with dad, and Jake looked forward to his visits with residents at St. Gerald’s Nursing Home. He gained his angel wings on May 5th, 2021, and is dearly missed by his dad, Sheltie brother, his 4 and 3-legged cousins, and his many friends at St. Gerald’s.

Kimmy

Kimmy arrived in rescue in 2007 with a group of shelties when a breeder went out of business. After a year in foster, Kimmy was adopted by a wonderful mom who didn’t see a Sheltie with special needs, but a very capable three-legged Sheltie with a big capacity to love and be loved. Kimmy and her Sheltie sister, Halco, became famous around Minneapolis, gaining many friends when out for exercise with mom.

Georgie

Beautiful Georgie gained her angel wings at age 16. She won her family’s heart in 2008 with her adorable freckles, her joyful and friendly personality, and her happy smile. Georgie loved long naps, walks, eating treats and snow, boating, and most of all, being close to her family. She was cherished by her mom, dad and human sisters. Her Sheltie brother Chico was waiting to hold her paw accross the Rainbow Bridge.
