MN Sheltie Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit. We have no paid staff, no paid executives, no shelter building. Most of our volunteers work full-time jobs and donate their evenings, weekends and skills to help Shelties in need. This sweet little girl was rescued from living outdoors in deplorable conditions on a property with dead animals and strewn with trash. Tess was in such a state of severe neglect, she needed extensive veterinary care to help her recover from mammary tumors, severe periodontal disease, skin infections, and UTI, and she's missing an eye due to an untreated injury.
