Roxie

Roxie came to MNSR after having experienced some traumas in her life. She was understandably very particular about choosing her forever family, and she gave her paw of approval to the 3rd family she met. Roxie was one of the senior Shelties that have graced our house, and the most beautiful dog I have ever seen.

Toby

Toby found a home where he can catch and retrieve the ball or Frisbee to his heart's content in the yard, as well as get in a good long walk at least once a day. He keeps everyone laughing with his quirky barking at sneezes, garden hoses, and his intuitive barks when a phone call is about to end. He shares his person and the furniture nicely with Tim, his cat-brother. He's not much of a fan of his Sheltie-cousins, Owen and Trudy; he seems to like humans more. Adopted 5/17/19.

Moby

Moby came to MNSR as a youngster who had already had several transitions in his young life. He found his happily ever after with a special family and a best buddy Sheltie named Kosmo. His favorite solitary pastime was sunning in the window or on the deck on a nice day, occasionally getting up to bark at a passing squirrel or chipmunk that dared to pass his yard. When little humans came along in the family, Moby loved to pounce on them with kisses, which resulted in a burst of giggles from the kids. He and Kosmo always checked on the kids in the mornings and at bedtime.

Cody

Cody joined an active family and loved playing with his feline friends and his buddy, Rex, a young Pomeranian.  Cody played referee between Rex and the cats, making sure he wasn't too rowdy with them. Cody crossed the Rainbow Bridge in May, 2019 at the age of 15.
