Dori

We were completely puzzled as to why someone would abandon Dori as her previous person did, because Dori charmed everyone she encountered when she came into rescue, including the person she picked to be her new mom. Dori loved to roll in the snow and looked forward to her twice daily walks with mom. Dori crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 12th, 2019 at the age of 14 years.

Stormy Blue

Stormy Blue found a forever family who was committed to helping her feel less afraid in her world. Medication ended up being the right answer for this sweet girl, and she became much more relaxed in her own fur and able to enjoy her life with her loving family. Our beloved girl Stormy Blue passed away June 7th, 2019. She was happy, loved, and I have no doubt that she fully understood how much we treasured the years we had with her, and the fact that she had a forever home that cherished her as we did. Thank you for bringing a great love into our lives.

Molly

Beautiful Molly was diagnosed with a congenital heart abnormality called PDA, Molly was in need of life-saving cardiac surgery, and her guardian angels came along while she was still in foster care. Once she recovered, her guardian angels came to meet her and, when she sat on dad's lap and gave him a Sheltie kiss, we knew they were meant to be a family. Molly joined 2 rescue Sheltie sisters in her home, and later became a wonderful big sister and role model herself to 3 rescue Sheltie girls.

Cappy

Cappy came to us as a breeder release. His teeth were in terrible shape, and after a much needed dental while in foster care, his health greatly improved, and he joined a forever family who wanted to share their love with an older little boy in need. Though he had some of the quirks that come with limited life experiences living in a commercial kennel, Cappy was a sweet little fellow who liked to be held. He got along wonderfully with other dogs, and always received compliments on walks with his mom.
