Whitney

When Whitney came to MNSR, it was meant to be that she would stay within her wonderful foster family. The daughter had a special connection with Whitney, finding comfort in her cuddles. Whitney found her special someone to love her unconditionally and to help her feel safe. Christmas Eve 2016, they became a forever family.

Foxie

Foxie quickly became mom's shadow, following her everywhere, and found a kindred spirit in her ball-chasing brother Petey, who was also adopted from MNSR. Although she had one eye to see with, she never missed a thing. Her great joy was barking at birds, rabbits, people, plants, cars, bikes, etc. Foxie crossed over the rainbow bridge on June 3rd, 2020. She had such a large personality in such a small body. She kept an eye on the neighborhood and let me know when someone or something was moving. My house is extremely quiet. She was a very special girl and I really miss her!

Willie

Willie came into rescue thanks to some very kind people who saw that he was emaciated and in poor health. Willie's devoted foster family nursed him back to health and, with a lot of patience, they won his trust and became his forever family. With a heavy heart, I would like to let you know we lost Willie in May. He was a great companion until the end and still wanted to be with us.

Tulla

When MNSR took in a pregnant female Sheltie in 2006, Tulla was one of 5 pups in the litter and the first to find her forever home. She became big sister to two human boys with whom she had a very special bond, and found best friends in her Sheltie sister and GSD brother. Tulla was such a happy girl, and so very loved. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge in May 2020.
