Just 23 days after her brother Tukker became an angel, Shelby, too, opened her angel wings. Their family adopts the Shelties who need them most, and we are so grateful to them for welcoming Shelby into their hearts. |

Our sweet Ian left my arms for the last time. We were so bonded to each other. He said to me it is time to say goodbye. Ian came to us years ago. Mn Shelties Rescue saved him from a puppy mill. He lived and slept in the dirt. A hand never touched him. He came to us very scared. He was very curious about everything. He liked dog beds, eating, running in the grass, and going to the MNSR reunion. He had a strict schedule he lived by. I never had to look at a clock. |

With broken hearts, we said goodbye to our loving Sheltie Molly (AKA Miss Molly) on December 21, 2023. She was another MNSR rescue (our 3rd), who came into our lives in 2019 and left much too soon. She did not have a lot of tricks and was not that interested in showing off. She was also not so fond of taking walks. She finally tolerated such activity, after the initial very strong reluctance. |
