Frosty came into rescue shortly before his 12th birthday. A gentle and friendly little gentleman, one look into his sweet brown eyes and you don’t see age, just love. Frosty worked his charms and he now has both a feline and canine sibling, and a kind mom experienced with rescue Shelties who will give Frosty all the love he so deserves and the best of care!
