Lily was so fortunate to have a loving, patient and gentle forever family who helped her to blossom. Lily was frightened of many things initially, and with understanding and the great game of Nosework, she came out of her shell.  She earned several titles in Nosework. We had not intended on doing it, but Lily told us she loved it. Even when we were done competing, she still liked to play!  She grew into the confident, outgoing dog she was meant to be. She always kept her GSD sisters in line and let them know when they were having too much fun. When it became harder for Lily to keep up with her sisters, we bought her a stroller. She LOVED her stroller from day one. She would walk a little and then get in the stroller and be a princess. Lily crossed the Rainbow Bridge in January 2020. She was incredibly loved and is missed so much. We will always be grateful to the rescue for matching us with such a great little girl.
