We are heartbroken, but so grateful for all the wonderful years we were able to spend with her, especially this last ‘bonus’ year since her atrial tear. When we brought her in, everyone talked about what a celebrity she was - the Sheltie who survived the atrial tear! We treated each day since like the precious gift it was. Still, you always wish there were more.
