Kody
Our volunteers saw in Kody how special he was, and we were overjoyed when his forever family knew it, too. Such a content and clever boy, he seemed to know exactly what his family was saying when they talked to him. Kody enjoyed barking at the wildlife outside at his home, making snow angels, and going for walks alongside his MNSR sister, Harper. Kody loved playing ball, placing it at mom or dad's feet or pushing it up on the edge of the chair as a not-so-subtle hint that the ball needed to be thrown. And he faithfully brought it back to repeat the adventure a zillion times. Very sadly, Kody crossed the Rainbow Bridge on March 31st, 2019, cradled in the arms of the people who loved him the most. “Always remember that the things around you are never as important as whose arms are around you.” - From the book Wise Dogs. We thank God for Kody, and the time that we belonged to him. Kody loved us well, and we tried to do the same for him.
